Products & Orders

• Most products are made to order, with some stock items available.

• Once an order is placed, we will confirm availability and estimated delivery/installation time.

• All images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes—minor variations may occur.

Pricing

• All prices listed are in GBP and the final price includes VAT (VAT Number: 989 6617 38).

• Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Delivery & Installation

​

• We offer delivery within the Uk only and installation within the GU and KT postcode.

• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

• Installation will be arranged once delivery is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Orders may be cancelled within 10 days for a full refund.

• After 10 days, cancellations or refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Liability

​

• We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use or installation of our products.

• All umbrellas and stands should be used with proper care and stored securely during adverse weather.
